That's common, and it's fine. As long as you can log in to your store and your domain, we can take it from there.

- Your buyers. We don't bring you buyers. Your marketing brings the demand. We make sure they can order and pay.
- Your old subscriptions. After the switch, you cancel the old platform, apps and hosting. We tell you which ones are no longer needed.
- Your domain and accounts. They stay in your business name, before and after the move.
- Your search rankings. We handle the redirects. Where rankings settle is up to Google.

How do I know my store needs rebuilding?
Common signs: pages load slowly, checkout or payments fail, the store slows down or crashes on busy days, plugins haven't been updated in months, and nobody owns the technical side. If adding a market or payment method breaks something, the build has been outgrown.
Should I rebuild on my platform or migrate to a new one?
Rebuild if your platform still fits your products, size and budget, but the build doesn't. Migrate if the platform itself is the problem. The free store health check tells you which, in writing.
Can you move my store from WooCommerce to Shopify?
Yes. We move stores between Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento in any direction. Moving from another platform? Tell us which one, and we'll tell you what can move.
What moves to the new store?
Products, variants, prices, images, categories, customer accounts, order history and content pages. Reviews move if your current app can export them. Customer passwords usually can't move between platforms, so customers set a new one at their next login.
Will my store go offline during the move?
We build the new store alongside your old one, so your current store keeps taking orders. The switch-over is planned with you, and orders placed during the build are brought across.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
We map every old page to its new address with 301 redirects, so old links and Google listings lead to the right page, not an error. Rankings can still shift for a few weeks after any move, and we can't promise where they settle.
How much does a store rebuild or migration cost?
